> The rules for playing on Front Row: accounts, leagues, scoring and corrections, how league pots work (we never hold money), fair play, and the limits of what we're responsible for.

Last updated: 2026-10-11

Effective October 11, 2026.

Front Row (frontrowleagues.com) runs free fantasy leagues for shows, races, elections, and other events. These terms are the agreement between you and Front Row when you use the site. By creating an account or using Front Row, you agree to them. [Our privacy policy](https://frontrowleagues.com/privacy) explains how we handle your data.

## Who can play

You need to be at least 13 to use Front Row. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You must be an adult where you live to take part in a league pot (see below). One account per person.

## Your account

Front Row has no passwords. You sign in with Google, Discord, or a link sent to your email, so keeping those accounts secure keeps your Front Row account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at [support@frontrowleagues.com](mailto:support@frontrowleagues.com) if you think someone else has used it.

## Leagues and commissioners

Whoever starts a league is its commissioner. Commissioners choose who to invite and can change league settings, shelve the league, or delete it. Anyone with a league's invite code can join it, so share codes only with people you want in. We may shelve or remove a league that breaks these terms.

## Picks, scoring, and corrections

Picks lock at the time shown in the game, and a locked pick can't be changed. We score from the broadcast, official results, and the other sources each game's rulebook names. For The Ballot, prices come from public prediction-market consensus and are points only, not money.

We work hard to get every result right, but mistakes happen. When one does, we correct it openly, standings update, and the correction is visible on the scoring record. Front Row's scoring decides Front Row standings. If an event is changed, postponed, or cancelled, we may adjust, void, or end that round or game, and we'll explain what we did.

## League pots

Some leagues keep a pot: friends agree among themselves to chip in, and the winner collects. Front Row only keeps track of it. Specifically:

- **We never touch the money.** Front Row doesn't hold, receive, transfer, or pay out money, and we never take a fee or a cut.
- **We're not part of the deal.** Any pot is an arrangement between the members of a league. We're not a gambling service, a bookmaker, or a payment service.
- **Settling up happens elsewhere.** Settlement links open apps like Venmo or PayPal, and payments there follow those companies' terms.
- **Check your local rules.** You're responsible for making sure a pot is legal where you and your league live, and for any taxes. Don't join a pot if it isn't.
- **We don't settle disputes.** If members disagree about a pot or a payment, they need to work it out between themselves. Scores can change after a correction, including after a pot is settled.

## Playing fair

When you use Front Row, please don't:

- **Cheat.** That includes using several accounts in one league, getting around pick locks, or exploiting a bug for points. If you find a bug, tell us.
- **Harass or impersonate anyone.** Display names, handles, and league names can't be hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or pretend to be someone else.
- **Spam.** Don't send invitations or contact-form messages to people who haven't asked for them.
- **Break or overload the site.** That means no probing for security holes, no getting around access controls or the spoiler shield, and no automated traffic that slows Front Row down. Reading our public pages and llms.txt is fine.
- **Break the law.** Don't use Front Row for anything illegal.

## Your content

You own what you add to Front Row, like your display name, handle, picture, league names, and messages. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it's meant for, only so we can run the site. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

## AI assistants

You can connect an AI assistant to Front Row. It gets read-only access to your leagues, acting as you, plus proposals you approve in the app: in games that support it, an assistant can suggest a change, such as a transfer, and nothing happens until you approve it on Front Row. You choose to connect it, and that assistant's own terms apply to how it uses what it sees. You can disconnect it at any time.

## Unofficial fan games

Front Row's games are unofficial fan games. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any broadcaster, production company, league, race organizer, or other event we cover. Show, event, team, and competitor names belong to their owners and are used only to identify what a game is about.

## Our content

Front Row's design, artwork, code, and rulebooks belong to us. You're welcome to share links and screenshots of your leagues. Please don't copy the site or its games to run your own service.

## Paid features

Front Row is free today. If we add paid features later, such as extras for commissioners, we'll show you the price and any extra terms before you buy, and we won't charge you for anything you haven't agreed to.

## Ending things

You can stop using Front Row at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, usually after a warning unless the problem is serious. We may also change or retire games and features, or shut down Front Row. If we shut it down, we'll give notice when we reasonably can.

## No guarantees

Front Row is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or accurate, including scores, deadlines, broadcast times, and results. The spoiler shield hides results inside Front Row, but we can't control spoilers anywhere else.

## Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Front Row isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for money won, lost, or owed between players, including in league pots. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

If your use of Front Row breaks these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, apart from its rules on conflicts of law. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be sorted out that way.

## Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll let you know by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using Front Row after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
